I saw this in the theater but it didn't really grab me watching it at home more than fifteen years later.  Still, the Tesla & electricity thing was mildly intriguing.  Director Christopher Nolan co-adapted Christopher Priest's novel with his brother Jonathan.

Not my sort of movie, but I recognize that the cinematography and music are good.  Christopher Nolan wrote and directed, five years after The Dark Knight Rises, which was much worse.

A movie so bad that it sounds like Michael Caine is faking a British accent, although I will admit the cinematography was pretty good.  Christopher Nolan directed and co-wrote.
