Sterlin Harjo directed this lowkey, drily funny "indie Indian" story about love and grief.  Laura Bailey is almost as likable as the romantic interest as she is as the main voice actress on the anime Fruits Basket.

Not only didn't I care about the title character (played by Cage), but I quickly tired of the swearing, drug use, and general "badness."  Still, it was relatively non-violent in that first quarter hour, so I didn't want to go below D-.  Werner Herzog directed.
