Coasts too much on Black and Cera's established images, but could've been worse.  Harold Ramis directed and co-wrote, and, yes, he's done better (and worse, with Analyze That).

I thought Chevy Chase was kind of funny, but despite the cast and director (Ramis, who co-wrote), this didn't really grab me.

I've never seen Analyze This, but I can say that Harold Ramis's direction and (co-)writing on this movie are a far cry from Groundhog Day.   I would've gone with a C- but the jokes about mental illness added to the unfunniness.
