Remake of the 1981 Brooke Shields movie (which I've never seen), and both based on the Scott Spencer novel, with leads who don't look like recent high school graduates. (He was 23 and looks 30, she was 24 and looks it.) Shana Feste directed and co-wrote the adaptation.
