This doesn't really have any of the qualities that helped me get through the book (reviewed here https://rereadingeverybookiown.blogspot.com/2012/06/ill-cry-tomorrow.html), but I still hope to someday see Hayward in a movie I can watch all the way to the end.  Daniel Mann directed five years before BUtterfield 8.
