I couldn't tell if the writing (by director Parviz Saghizadeh) was deliberately bad in this, including the odd frame device of a little-girl narrator, so it was more entertaining than most action films.  This movie is the first on a "Fifteen Movie" collection, so we'll jump around in the alphabet although probably not in the genre.
