I watched up through the accidental murder.  It was mostly interesting for the cast and scenery.  The movie is based on the Lois Duncan novel and directed by Jim Gillespie.

I liked this more than I expected, although the tropes do cross over into cliches at times.  The look is good, and I'm saying that as someone who is generally not a fan of computer animation.  The celebrity voices help*, most notably villainess Bancroft and Idle as her spooneristic minion.  Mark F. Adler and Jason Maurer co-directed, and co-wrote with others.

*I'm omitting Sally Kellerman, Kelly Ripa, and Burt Reynolds from the crowded tags.
