This is another movie I watched for 20 minutes rather than 15, because it was definitely better than I expected with that title, although still not something I wanted to stick with.  It seems hip to its own silliness, and certainly the concept of surveillance bots hasn't dated in the past decade or so.  I'd recommend it if you're into this sort of thing.  Richard Clabaugh directed and co-wrote with his wife Fran.
