John Terlesky and Jim Wynorski co-directed and co-wrote, failing to get the performers to convincingly deliver the bad lines they penned. The waving-flag effect during the opening credits very obviously loops, like a mediocre '90s screensaver. I might've gone with a D if I could've spotted Robert "Epstein" Hegyes in this mess.
*The Greek video premiere, while the U.S. didn't get it until the following February.
