I actually saw this at the time and I recall it as not too painful. Almost twenty years later, well, Elmo remains mildly annoying, but it is kind of fun to spot the Sesame Street regulars. However, I'm just tagging people I expect may turn up in other movies. Gary Halvorson directed.
