The misleading poster makes this look like a teen Twist movie. |

I have to admit that I was disappointed in this, given the cast (there are those I didn't tag because they weren't in the first quarter hour, like Tommy Kirk), and it was in fact Annette's personal favorite of her movies. First we get a ventriloquism act by Mother Goose, then a salute to lemonade, and next the villains musically scheming. Annette dances a little but is more of a McGuffin (she's an heiress who the hero and the main villain want to marry) than an actual character.
Jack Donohue directed.
